Shipping

Free worldwide shipping included with each of my products. I will provide you with package tracking number as soon as item shipped.
All the items are sent from Kiev, Ukraine, carefully packed and insured.
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. All of the orders must be sent to the address that the credit card bills to.
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
For super fast, but expensive shipping via UPS please contact me.
Please note. All of the orders will only be shipped to the verified billing address. I am not responsible for international orders once they leave our office as it is out of our control in another country. International orders may get held up in the customs office of your country for up to 10 days.

Returning items

If something goes wrong, you may return any item purchased from me within 7 days of receipt. Please contact me with your Order ID for return address.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping your item back. After items shipped back keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. You will be refunded the return shipping cost if the return is a result of shipping error.
